Our X-FIT classes are constantly varied workouts and geared towards functional training movements. Classes will vary from Olympic-style lifts, calisthenics and bodyweight movements, along with cardiovascular exercises - individually or all rolled-up into one intensive workout.
Each class is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience level. Although the program won't change, the loads and intensity will. And that is what makes these classes easily adaptable for participants of all fitness levels.
Our trainers will provide the WOD (workout of the day) on our large white board and participants will be taught how to do each exercise at the beginning of each workout.
Workouts are done individually or in teams, depending on the day, and will be scaled for every level of participant attending on that day. Once a week, we also offer a circuit-style group workout where participants work from station-to-station until the evening's workout is over. This is also one of our favorite workouts, and is one of our most popular class within our fitness curriculum.
