For Everyone
Respect first.
Kind words. Good attitude. No foul language.
Aggression or bullying = zero tolerance.
Be ready and on time.
Early is on time. If you arrive late, wait at the edge of the mats until invited in. Arriving late

Please inform your instructor.
Train healthy.
Feeling sick? Stay home. Rest, recover, and protect your team.
Dress for your discipline.
Wear the required uniform for your class. No zippers, buttons, or outside logos. Clean gear is required every class.
Hygiene matters.
Nails short and clean, hair tied back, and no jewelry on the mats.
Shoes off at the door.
No food, drinks, or footwear on the mats.
Accidents happen — clean them immediately.
Mats, gear, and yourself. Keep it sanitary.
Proper gear, proper training.
Stick to the required uniform for each class.
Lost & found is for valuables only.
Wet gear, mouthguards, and towels will be discarded.
No filming.
We handle all official photos and videos.
Parking.
Clients park in the back (left side of the building). Quick front drop-offs and pick-ups are permitted. The first two parking spots in front of Experience are reserved.
Bring your smile.
Positivity is part of the training.
