

MMA
Our Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) program at Experience MMA is where all disciplines come together. This class is designed for experienced students who are ready to blend boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, wrestling, and Jiu-Jitsu into a complete and functional fighting system.

MMA training represents the most realistic and pressure-tested form of unarmed combat. As such, this class is invite-only and reserved for students who have already established a solid foundation in both our Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu programs. Participants are expected to have prior experience and to have regularly trained in Advanced Muay Thai and Advanced Jiu-Jitsu, as live sparring and high-level partner work are integral parts of each session.

Classes include a wide range of MMA-specific training elements such as striking-to-grappling transitions, wrestling rounds, cage work, positional control against the fence, ground-and-pound awareness, and integrated offensive and defensive drills. Students will work through structured striking combinations, takedown chains, grappling exchanges, and situational scenarios that reflect the realities of modern MMA competition and self-defense.

A significant portion of the class is dedicated to live training, allowing students to apply their skills under real resistance and develop timing, composure, and decision-making across all phases of the fight. Training intensity is managed to ensure safety while maintaining realism and effectiveness.

Due to the nature of the training, all MMA participants are required to have the appropriate equipment:

The MMA program is not intended as an introductory class, but as the final step in integrating striking and grappling into a unified system. It is designed for committed students who want to test their skills, challenge themselves, and experience the full scope of mixed martial arts training.
