Amélia began her martial arts journey with Muay Thai in 2024 and quickly developed a passion for the sport. Later that same year, she was introduced to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and immediately embraced the challenge and learning opportunities it offered. Since then, she has dedicated herself to training in both disciplines and continues to grow as a martial artist every day.

Known for her positive attitude, patience, and commitment, Amélia is a familiar face at Experience and can often be found training throughout the week. Her enthusiasm for learning is matched by her willingness to help others, especially new students taking their first steps on the mats. She has a natural ability to make beginners feel welcome and comfortable while encouraging them to build confidence and develop their skills.

Her dedication to continuous improvement and her genuine enthusiasm for martial arts make her a valued member of the Experience team. Whether she's training, assisting with kids classes, or supporting fellow students, Amélia leads by example through her work ethic and positive attitude.
